TERMS & CONDITIONS
ü All prices are guideline amounts and are subject to VAT at the current rate.
ü Study, Loft Rooms & Utility Rooms are considered and counted as a bedroom.
ü Oversized properties may be subject to additional room/area charges of £5 per additional room/area.
ü An additional schedule of condition (summary), if requested, will be charged at £5.
ü We request that clients ask for a quotation on large or unusual properties that fall outside standard specification to ensure pricing transparency. Prices will be quoted on application.
ü Inventory & schedule of condition updates, are only applicable within any 12x month period. Outside of this time period a new Inventory price will be charged.
ü Inventory reports are not provided as, or are to be used as a “property survey report.”
ü Appliances will not be tested for their safety or checked if they are working. The report will make notes upon the type of appliance and its condition only.
ü Meter readings will be taken where possible. However, failure to correctly identify the meters may result in incorrect information being provided. Please ensure all meters are clearly labelled.
ü Any alarm codes or special access details must be confirmed at the time of booking.
ü Our Inventory clerks will not enter cellars, loft spaces or locked rooms.
ü A £20 cancellation fee will be applied for any service being cancelled within 24x hours or less of the confirmed booking. This will also be applied if access is unavailable on the day, e.g. incorrect keys.
ü Completed reports will be provided within 48x hours, via e-mail in a PDF format.
ü Invoices for work will be sent via e-mail and payments must be paid within 14x days.
ü All works orders/instructions must include the type of property and the full address. These instructions are to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
