In 2017 we were invited to attend the Propertymark Awards 2017 that were held in Mayfair, London. We had an absolute fabulous time, the venue, hosts and people we met were fantastic!
Our Managing Director, Mr Alex Barwick MAIIC MARLAINV was put forward for the award by Propertymark themselves and we found out during the Awards that Alex had scored the highest exam results in the country, out of everyone that took the exams 2016-2017.
So, it was with massive pleasure and huge pride when Alex was announced,
WINNER of Inventory Candidate of the Year 2017!
This is a fantastic achievement for both Alex personally and the company. We want all our clients to acknowledge Alex's success in this nationally recognised award and of his contribution within our forward thinking, progressive and now award winning company.
How does it feel knowing that you have one of the best Inventory Clerks in the country working alongside you?

In 2019 Expert Inventories were invited to the annual meeting for the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC), for which we had entered "Best Inventory Clerk Company Of The Year 2019". Our Managing Director Mr Alex Barwick MAIIC MARLAINV made the long journey up to Essex to attend the meeting, with high hopes of brining the award home.

With multiple companies having entered and a list of Inventory Clerks across the country in contention the bar was set very high. Having submitted business information, an essay in response to multiple questions and a selection of completed reports for judging it was not going to be easy.
​
At the time for the nominations, the room was tense. With Alex's fingers crossed Expert Inventories were announced and crowned "Best Inventory Clerk Company Of The Year 2019" with Alex able to collect the award in person.
